A Favorite Photo Blog Hop

This is little miss "A" and her cousin "ika", over the fourth of July weekend all the cousins played together in the water and these two were babbling and talking and laughing... Then IKA decided to show little miss A her eye... so it's a laugh not a scream. BUT makes for a funny picture!
